In Kerala , the availability of skilled labour is high . It was the policy of the government to bring about PSU into action . But the unhealthy political interference in the state did not allow it to happen as planned . The union and labour issues also contributed to this event . Still the undertakings like FACT , GRASIM etc have helped a lot in the upbringing of the state . |
